I’m thinking about using more motion graphics videos, since my voice still sounds like Clint Eastwood at 14, sometimes sounding like the man he became and sometimes breaking to his inner 9 year old…

It’s in moments like these I’m thankful that I created at least a few videos that won’t need updating for quite some time.

Yes, there’s a good reason some videos are more popular than others.

Like this one…

See? Just one simple rule. Any questions?

You always have the cleverest ways to explain the all-important basics so that we actually understand them and can apply them in our videos, Steve. This in and of itself is a talent, one that you’re a master at. I hope your recovery continues to steadily improve, but you don’t have to be perfect. I’m sure I’m speaking for all your fans and followers and they agree! (I’ve learned that sometimes the most difficult of life’s curve balls turn out to be a gift, although it may take awhile to “unwrap” it.)

You must be love’s apprentice, Sheryl. Yes, it’s all good. And it’s all designed to teach us more about ourselves so that we can get to a new and higher level of understanding. It’s just that in life there is no growth without coming up against something we resist, until we have the presence of mind to sit and silently watch that resistance melt away into the nothingness, the negation of life, it ultimately wanted for us.

Which is to say, because I know the preceding read like complete and utter drivel, I’m grateful for your encouragement. 🙂

Now I know why I see some videos and have that feeling of “dissonance” – like something in the video I am watching doesn’t “fit”.

      • Steven Washer

Exactly! And “fit” in this case, is the perfect metaphor.

Hi Steve, Sheryl is so right on! And so is your ‘take’ on life. I’ve been enjoying your tips for a long time, not only because they are great value but because the delivery is fun, novel and light-hearted.
Am so glad to hear you are continuing to regain your health.

Thank you, Virginia. I’m looking forward to creating a new series now, so things must be looking up!

I don’t remember where I first saw you, Steve, but I always learn something from your videos, and they are always a pleasure to watch. Little Stevie makes me laugh every time! I’m so glad you are feeling better and I look forward to whatever you come up with next.

      Steve,
Thanks for your great teaching videos. Two quick questions if I may:
How do I find your subsequent videos on motion graphics and other topics?
Digital juice is now available for $300 one time fee. Do you feel it is worth it?
      Just wondering.
      THanks so much,

        Hi Gerry,

Thanks for your kind words. All the other free training videos are right here on the blog.
I don’t know if the DJ subscription is right for you. It’s $9.95/mo. after your $300 buy in, so you’d have to be making a good number of videos to get ROI.
