      Steve, thanks so much for sharing that! I also want to ask your opinion on what I can do to avoid the swallowing and licking of the lips once I start recording. In fact, it almost feels like a breathing problem but I am struggling to correct. Its been years since my days of tv news and weather anchoring. But I still jumped into shooting my own videos thinking I would just pick right back up where I left off. Boy was that dream!

        I think it depends on how it comes across. Is it primarily something you see or something you hear? If it’s something you hear, just bring down the volume level in those moments. If it’s something you see, maybe I need to see it. Do you have a link?
