I’ve never understood why marketers look at videos like disposable straws. They use them once and toss them in the garbage.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. A video can attract people into your world for years to come.

Here’s how to do that.

Brilliant, Steve, exactly what I’m doing. Can’t wait to show you!

        Can’t wait to see! 🙂

Great info as always Steve. I don’t see how anyone’s videos can be better than yours but since you are the authority I will take your word for it. Glad to see Stevie has a new remote. Now he has to save up for a full bag of popcorn. Thanks for all you do.

Thanks, Lucien! I wonder if Stevie will discover the virtue of saving. I wouldn’t hold my breath.
But I do love it when people get better results than me. It raises the bar everywhere!

Thank you, Steve. Another thought-provoking video.

Thank you for that true gift of inspiration and support. Well, I guess I do that long-term thinking too, in both my art & writing work, and in some videos I’ve made. I have one 6-10 minute video that shows how to paint some peppers in watercolor. It’s a rare video because most art videos show to quickly just so the person will buy the video but they never learn anything! I take the person step-by-step and they can stop the video and paint or play it over and over again. I made it for a student of mine when we could not have class due to a blizzard. I think it’s been online almost 10 years now and has thousands of views, and just this year during a snowstorm another student watched it and made a perfect picture in watercolor – and she had never done watercolors before- just from that nice quality education video. I have a very good reputation for teaching art and my understanding of art and also of things in nature and gardening … I have done a good job every class, and I’m doing my best to give 150% or more. I am indeed a millionaire in waiting but I would sure like to move a little faster! I’ve kind of waited an awfully long time.

Janet, thanks for this comment! I’m going to make a video about this. Would you mind if I use some of what you wrote as long as I don’t use your name? I think this would be highly beneficial for anyone who watches.

It sounds like you have all the ingredients for a very successful art business. Do you have other videos online? What are they about? How frequently do you show up in people’s lives? Do you have a structured path of attraction? It’s good to think these kinds of things through.
