Over the years I’ve seen a lot of people in pain over video, but these ten messages are responsible for the great majority of it. Ten may sound like a lot, but they all have the same cure. And it works. I’ve seen it countless times.

I’ve also learned that video eventually destroys all of our defenses and pretenses. And as they crumble, you can either run away or you can go deep. That’s the road less-traveled.

And by the way, no one writes about that road more deeply and entertainingly than author Guy Finley. I’ve tried in this video to summarize his approach, but can’t begin to do it justice.

Here are two of his books I’ve found not only helpful in the art of being on camera, but behind the camera as well.

The Secret of Letting Go
The Intimate Enemy

They can be easily found on Amazon and many other places. Enjoy!

Stevie has been complaining more loudly of late, so I had to let him out for a few minutes ๐Ÿ˜‰

Steve, Only someone whom has been there can present this message the way that you have here. I must have come in on the same boat as you.
